The information presented in this CNN article is indisputable yet many people still won’t wear one. When we wear a mask it isn’t just to protect ourselves. It’s to protect our families and our communities at large. We must not only think about the elderly, immune compromised but also about all of the essential workers such as sanitation workers, teachers, police men, firemen, Ems and all healthcare workers who are constantly exposed to the virus. Is it fair to them? If we become very sick don’t we want their help and care? We must as individuals do everything that we can to remain healthy and not further burden our already overwhelmed healthcare system. We understand that some people feel as though their rights are infringed upon, to be made to wear a mask. It’s an inconvenience for sure, but so is wearing a seat belt. That can be uncomfortable too but now that it’s required we’ve all just gotten used to it. The safety of wearing a seatbelt has never been politicized. Seatbelt laws were enacted to save lives! There are no mask wearing laws but there are mandates and strong requests to wear masks, by local, state, and federal experts in the medical field as well as our elected officials. Why? Because wearing masks saves lives! So going with the thought of saving lives, why not look for the most protective, comfortable and fashionable mask out there? Visit Mask Lynk
